The Vision

Cross Family Church is excited to share that we have entered into a contract to purchase an existing facility in Parker. Our plan is to thoughtfully steward this property by developing a multi-use community space designed to serve Parker for years to come. This facility is centrally located in our community and has exposure to over 30,000 cars per day.

This space is more than a building—it is intended to be a shared community resource serving Parker throughout the week. Our plan is to create an environment that is active, welcoming, and beneficial to families, organizations, and neighbors across our community.

At its core, our plan is to establish a collaborative hub that brings together mission-aligned organizations such as Cross Family Church, Colorado Baptists, the Rocky Mountain Foundation, Gateway Seminary, and a church-planting incubator. By sharing space and resources, these partnerships will support leadership development, community service, and the growth of healthy initiatives that benefit Parker and the surrounding region.

Just as importantly, our plan is to build on the existing legacy of this property by maintaining it as a place where people naturally gather. Planned features include a coffee shop with indoor play space for families and caregivers, the Parker Biblical Counseling Center, a potential Cross Family Preschool, and the continuation of community events. The space will provide flexible space for neighborhood gatherings and seasonal programs for kids and students.

Our vision is to create a place where community and purpose intersect—where relationships grow, practical needs are met, and this space serves Parker for generations to come.

The Need

As we look toward this next season, we believe God has opened the door for a unique opportunity—one that allows us to establish a long-term home while also creating a space that can serve our community in meaningful ways throughout the week.

To move forward, we have launched a $3.5 million initiative to help fund the purchase, preparation, and future ministry of Cross Family through this permanent facility. Our immediate goal is to raise $2 million this year, which will position us to move ahead with confidence and steward this opportunity well.

This is a significant step for our church, but it is also a strategic one. Rather than building from the ground up, this opportunity allows us to step into an existing space that can be activated quickly for ministry and community impact.

We are trusting God to provide through the generosity of our church family and partners. Every gift plays a part in helping create a space where people can gather, be served, and ultimately be impacted for years to come.
“The greatness of the sum required affords me a kind of secret joy; for the greater the difficulty to be overcome, the more will it be seen to the glory of God how much can be done by prayer and faith.”
George Müeller

Ways to Get Involved

Pray

First and foremost, we invite you to partner with us through prayer. Pray for wisdom and discernment for our Elders and leaders as they seek the Lord’s direction. Pray for unity across our church family, that we would move forward together with humility and trust. Ask the Lord to provide what is needed and to use this space as a lasting resource to serve people and strengthen our community for years to come.

Sacrificial Giving

We believe this opportunity is something God has opened, and we are inviting our church family and partners to step into it through faith-filled, sacrificial generosity. As part of our Forward in Faith initiative, our goal is to raise $2,000,000 this year, helping us move forward with clarity and confidence.

Every gift matters, and for many, this will mean giving in ways that require intentional sacrifice and trust in the Lord. Here are a few practical ways people are choosing to give:
One-Time Gifts – A meaningful, above-and-beyond gift to help meet immediate needs.
Recurring Giving – Committing to give consistently over time (monthly or quarterly).
Asset-Based Giving – Donating appreciated stocks, business interests, or other non-cash assets.
Legacy Giving – Making a long-term investment through estate planning, trusts, or other planned gifts.
“Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.”
Psalm 20:7

“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
Ephesians 3:20-21
